Let your hair routine support an active life.

Exercise and hair care do not have to compete. A flexible plan can protect the time, texture, and styling choices that matter to you.

01

Plan around real training days

Match higher-sweat sessions with wash, refresh, or style-transition days when possible. On lighter days, a breathable wrap or loose protective style may reduce friction without trapping as much moisture.

02

Treat the scalp as the signal

Dry the roots after training, limit tight tension, and adjust when you notice persistent itching, tenderness, flaking, or breakage. A dermatologist or qualified hair professional can help with ongoing scalp concerns.

03

Choose the lowest-friction routine

Keep a small post-workout kit with a clean microfiber towel, wide-tooth comb if appropriate, preferred scalp or styling product, and a satin-lined option for the trip home.
