We at CPT Fitness do not believe in gimmicks to lose weight fast. We also do not believe in fasting or starvation. Our clients have seen great results eating a well balanced diet of protein and healthy carbohydrates while restricting processed carbohydrates. As a quick reminder:

Having a busy schedule does sometime make it hard to completely get rid of processed carbohydrates. We encourage you to try to limit to 1 a day. Follow this Free Meal Plan as an example.
